It's the first day of November & the beginning of the most wonderful time of the year! There's a chill in the air, Christmas decorations hitting the shelves, & a hum of festive spirit that I can't get enough of. The next two months are going to be so much fun y'all!

Yesterday we had our first rainy day in weeks, and seriously it made me dream of staying home and curling up with a BIG cup of coffee and a good book! But alas, I had to head in to work (I had a huge project to present - and thankfully it went great!) 

But when there are gray day & I still need to be out and about- I turn to my favorite monogram shop- Marley Lilly! As the temperatures continue to drop, I know I will be reaching for this pullover more & more.... because let's just all agree that fall is ALL about the snuggles!

I'm pretty sure it has been well-documented around here that I L-O-V-E a good monogram; so when I learned about the adorable Jenna Benna company it only took me about 30 seconds to know that I had to create a custom piece- and fast! Although they are most well-known as a sorority apparel company, since every single piece is completely custom made, they can truly make anything - including a fabulous monogram! You can pick you fabric, backing, shirt fit/size/style- everything designed by you! 

Since I'm pretty dressed up during the week for work and meetings, when the weekends roll around I love to cozy up in long sleeve tees like these. I'm all about the ultimate comfort factory while still looking pulled together (since I inevitably run into people I know, perks of a small town). If it wasn't frowned upon socially, I'd probably wear this tee everyday- it's that comfy! And I can't get over how fun my monogram is on it :)

Farmer's Market: Gingham + Monograms

Happy Monday y'all! I've kind of got a weird Monday today because I got called for jury duty for the first time! I'm totally dreading it (I mean has anyone every said it was fun?!) but I guess it's my turn seeing as this is the first time I've ever been called! Any tips for me???

Since it's like my weekend has been extended one day, I wanted to share this fun weekend look with y'all from a recent trip to the farmer's market. I'm a believer that casual & comfortable can still be cute and so I jazzed up my gingham + denim with a jazzy gold statement necklace and fringe booties.  Throwing in my favorite scalloped clutch doesn't hurt the look either ;)

Workweek Chic: Black and Pink

I love spicing up my work week wardrobe with bold pops of color (see fuchsia skirt above) as well as prints and patterns (like these fierce leopard heels). This outfit makes getting dressed a little more fun- and don't we all need more of that in our work week? :)

It may sound funny, but I think "short weeks" (I was off on Monday due to President's Day) end up being the longest weeks of all. I swear it's like everything gets bananas when you're gone for that extra day! So needless today I am so pumped for the weekend :) #popfizzclink

It's the eternal southern girl's question... "If it doesn't have your monogram is it really even yours?" ha! But seriously y'all... monograms are my jam and lucky for us all Marleylilly solves any monogramming needs you could possibly have! Can I just say that I am ready for the weekend?! I'm pretty dang excited to sleep. Really, that's going to be the highlight of my weekend… sleeping! zzzzzzzz… While I'm getting ready for some sweet dreams, here are the things that I am dreaming of in real life (otherwise known as my current favorites)! Monogrammed Mania + Cyber Monday Sales Round-Up!

Whew! I don't know about y'all, but this weekend was a compete whirlwind between the Holiday festivities of Thanksgiving, the shopping deals on Black Friday, and one of the biggest rivalry games in college football: the Gators vs. Seminoles (#gogators)!

Luckily for me, although the weekend was crazy I spent it in the most comfortable outfit ever- this monogrammed tee from Marley Lilly! It's a bright new week so why not kick it off with a whole lot of color? I have been dying to break this skirt out of my closet- it just screams spring! The weather has been glorious so it was definitely time to take it for a spin. I thought it would be fun to pair it with this lime green tee for an extra dose of bright!
