Currently Obsessing Over… {v. 38}

Happy Fri-YAY y'all! I'm so stinkin' happy the weekend is here! If you follow me on Instagram then you know I've been fighting a losing battle with my voice (i.e.: I currently don't have much of one) but despite that it's been a pretty great week! I feel like I'm finally back in the swing of things at work (even through they are cray-cray right now!) and my every-night-of-the-week-meetings are winding down (thank the Lord!) :) So cheers to a much needed weekend!

Whew… This week has been a total whirlwind! Trying to settle back in after a big trip is always the hardest and I still have an overflowing suitcase in my room waiting to be unpacked! But y'all I am so thankful for this busy season of my life, because there is some super exciting opportunities happening behind the scenes here and I can't wait to share them all with you!! And in other exciting news, I start as the Junior League president in 7 short days… one week…. ahhh!

I also have to say a HUGE thank you to each and every one of you who voted for me in the "Work Hard, Play Hard" style challenge! I am so humbled and thrilled to have been voted your favorite entry and I am over-the-moon! So please know that it means the world to be to have your support. Thanks y'all!!

I've been debating on the Barrington Tote of my dreams for awhile now, and every time I thought I had made a decision, I waffled! Well, turns out my indecision may have been fortuitous because this bad boy was just released and there is not one ounce of indecision left! Can we talk about how perfect this bag is for summer? Y'all... I. Can't. Even!

{TWO}
Another week, another romper! This fab-find is not only under $20 (!!) but it has a pom-pom trim bottom and a big 'ol bow! Holy swoon!

{THREE}
I'm the girl that, without fail, spills ketchup on her outfit when there is even hint of white on it, but for some reason I have thrown caution to the wind and am seriously crushing on white denim for my Spring and Summer wardrobe! I love how crisp and fresh it looks with just about anything you pair it with. Here's how I want to style the pair I am inevitably going to cave and get ;) (Plus, how adorable will this be for one of my night's out in Charleston?!)

Tervis Tumblers are my absolute favorite for bringing my coffee to work in each day. They are super insulated, durable & dishwasher safe AND they have adorable patterns like this one:

Happy first day of SPRING!! Is it just me or do you  feel like we've been waiting forever for it to get here?! Although Florida's weather has felt like Spring for a few weeks now, i'm thrilled to have the season officially here! Bring on the the sunshine, sundresses, sandals and surf!

Now here's my Friday Fab Five for the week... :)

Sitting on the Dock of the Bay

I don't think I've made any secret of my nautical obsession! About 80% of my wardrobe is covered in a motif related to the sea. With a few hints of spring in the air, I am ready to break out all my sea-faring gear in full force. This fun sweater from Old Navy (my go-to store) is the perfect combination of warmth (since it is still winter in Florida) and a sea-side Spring!

Keep it Simple

Like most women, I have a tendency to over-complicate things. I often overanalyze and over think the simplest things- when in reality I should just follow my gut. This over-thinking often extends to my getting-dressed routine in the morning. I try so hard to make the "perfect" outfit everyday, and often miss the simple (and truly perfect) answer hanging right in front of me!

Well when this outfit came to mind it was like a lightbulb came on! I didn't have to over-think this look, it just came natural, and it's one of my favorite looks to date! Simple, classic, timeless- ohhhh, I just adore it!

Don't forget friends, that although life gets complicated, sometimes it's best to just K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple Silly) and keep on going!

Winter Lobster

Friends, Christmas has snuck up WAY to quickly this year - I can't believe we are less than two weeks from my favorite Holiday! If you're like me, you may also be slightly behind in shopping for this wonderful day. My weekends are packed with running around to stores and shops, finding the perfect little "somethings" for all my loved ones. 

With all this running around, comfort is key! For my perfect shopping outfit, I paired this cute little lobster sweater from Forever 21 with my favorite pants from Old Navy, and a pop of leopard on my feet for the perfect shop-til-you-drop look!
