Happy Fri-YAY y'all! With my mid-week trip to NYC this week certainly zoomed by! I actually have a very easy weekend on the horizon, which is needed after back to back trips and lots of packed weekends coming up. I probably say this far too often but I really can't believe how fast this year is flying by!
So, let's dive right in to my favorites of the week!
{ONE: Still in My Cart}
You know how they say, "If you can't stop thinking about it, buy it;" well I have quite a few goodies that I can't stop thinking about! Several of them are part of the #Nsale so I have to pull the trigger quick- since prices go up Monday! Any pieces that you think I "have" to have??
Cece Blue Floral Dress (on sale!) // Foldover Clutch (only $25!) // Cece Heart Dress // Black Floral Blouse (on sale! how cute would it be this fall with OTK boots??) // Sam Edelman Beaded Sandals (on sale! I already scooped these up! this morning!)
{TWO: Banana Republic Lace}
Ladylike details just get me in the heart everytime... and this top is too good to resist! The delicate peter pan collar & oh! that bow... well it's just darling! I love the idea of tucking it into a black skirt and adding booties as the weather starts to turn towards fall- so cute!
{THREE: Clean Eating}
Lately I just haven't been feeling like the best version of myself (don't know if any of y'all can relate). I've put on a few extra pounds, my workouts are lacking, and I've been loading up on sugar and carbs rather than the good stuff. So I've decided to make a positive change and step up the workout and clean-up my eating habits. Although I don't know if I can go full into the "clean eating" craze yet, as I started reading more recipes and suggestions, I realized it was not too hard to tweak some of my favorite recipes (mexican food i'm looking at you) to make them cleaner and better for me. I loved Buzzfeed's Clean Eating challenge and incorporated a lot of the ideas into my grocery shopping last night and am ready for a fresh start! If you have any advice or go-to recipes, please leave them in the comments below :)
{FOUR: Nude Heels}
Ugh, I feel like I am on a never-ending hunt to find shoes that are cute AND comfortable- it's like the unicorn of shoes! So I'm forever buying shoes and then hating my life every time I wear them (I exaggerate... slightly). But, these heels are so cute & perfect for the office that I'm wondering if I care that they might make my feet go numb??? Is the price too good to be true?? Have any of y'all ever bought shoes from SheIn?
{FIVE: #NSale Gift Card Giveaway!}

It's touch when you travel so much to not grab on to food that isn't the healthiest for you - but we all go through it girl!! Hope you have a relaxing weekend! xo, Biana -BlovedBoston
ReplyDeleteLoving that floral dress and those nude heels! Perfection! And I feel you on the not feeling your best right now. It's hard to do the complete clean eating thing but good for you for making things a little healthier! <3, Pamela Sequins & Sea Breezes
ReplyDeleteYou should definitely get that Cece floral dress! I bought it in the white floral this spring to wear for engagement pictures and have since worn it to a wedding and on date night! It is so comfortable! I ordered my normal size and found it to be a little more of a swing style than a shift, which I love! I'm pear-shaped so swing tends to be a little more flattering than shift sometimes ;).
ReplyDeleteThank you SO much for the feedback... that is the dress that is most on my lust list so your info was really helpful! Have a great weekend!
DeleteLoving that floral print dress you have in your cart! That lace top is fabulous too. Have a great weekend :) Beautifully Candid
ReplyDeleteCute and comfortable shoes are definitely unicorns, love that analogy! I agree that if you can't stop thinking about it, it's time to pull the trigger on the purchase especially before the sale is over. Happy Friday gurlie <3
