Pink + Herringbone

Can you believe Christmas is in THREE days?? I am so thankful that I finished all my shopping and wrapping this weekend, so now it's just packing for home and relaxing with my family! Time to enjoy my most favorite time of year!

Winter is well known as the time of the year when women pull out all their black clothing. And although I do love some classic black, when the sun is already setting at 5 pm and the weather can be dreary, why not spice up your basic black with hot pink and turquoise? At least that is my theory! :) I love all the colors in this outfit- I think it's the perfect combination of brights and definitely makes a winter day much more cheerful! How to you brighten a winter day?

Southern Doe

You know what it's like to fall in love right? It fast and it's easy, and you wake up one morning and wonder how you ever lived without it. That's exactly how I felt when I learned about Southern Doe at the Junior League of Tampa's Holiday Market! Kristen, the founder of Southern Doe, wanted to create a line of outdoor apparel for women, so we didn't have to borrow from the boys anymore- and boy did she succeed! I love the uniquely southern phrases on each tee, and that they have so much personality in them. This tee I chose just spoke to my heart right now and I love wearing it for those errand filled days as I'm prepping for Christmas! Mad for Plaid

I absolutely love versatile outfits like this! I wore this the other weekend shopping all day and than easily transitioned it to a casual girls night out- and it was perfect for both occasions! Lately I'm really loving dressing up my plaid shirts for a more sophisticated vibe, it's fun to take something casual and turn it into something more fancy! And as a bonus… it's comfy too! Best of both worlds! :)
