Pink Power

Would it surprise any of y'all if I told you I have just about the biggest sweet tooth ever? No? Well then y'all have really gotten to know me well ;) It just so happens that in the middle of shooting I stumbled upon a brand new cupcake shop… and well, the boxes were pink, I was wearing pink… I think this is what we call serendipity folks! [For the record, Smallcakes cupcakes were as delicious as their cute packing would have you believe ;)] 

I'm totally loving the hot pink and black for fall (and this isn't the last time you are going to see this color combination on here)! Something about the vivid pink in contrast to black is just making me feel so festive! And this pink is even brighter in person than these pictures would have you believe- so put on your shades friends! :) What is your favorite color combo this season?

Pink Gingham

If you've been following along with me on Instagram (and if not, sign up here :) ) then you know I was in Nashville this past weekend for Junior League Fall Leadership Conference- and what a fun time I had!! This was my first time in Nashville, and it was such a cool city! For starters, we stayed at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel- and it was AMAZING! There were three different sets of indoor forests/botanical gardens and they were beautiful! This was the coolest hotel I ever got to stay in! We also got to visit the Country Music Hall of Fame, as well as spending some fun nights out on Broadway. All this exploring while learning new and powerful leadership skills- Whew! 

This outfit was what I wore for the first day of conference. I loved the comfort factor + the bright colors that helped me stand out. You can never go wrong with pink when making a positive first impression! :)

Jump Around

Jumpsuits are where it's at y'all! If you read my Dallas recap yesterday, then you may have seen this cute lil number peaking at you from behind the big pink lei :) I am absolutely obsessed with this fun look! I wore this on our "ultimate bachelorette night" and it was perfect for wiggling around throughout  the evening! ha!

Last Monday I threw a Cinco de Mayo party for my sweet Development Council girls in the Junior League- it was a fun night of celebrating all we accomplished this year! Well in this H-O-T Florida weather (it's been hitting in the mid-90's already!) I knew I had wear something light and airy so I wouldn't fall over from heat-stroke! This outfit was the perfect solution- it was bright and fun for a backyard party, but let me stay cool doing all the party prep. Plus who doesn't love copious amounts of pink? ha!
