Fall fashion Gentry… for real?! I know, I know… it's a hundred degrees outside and I'm chatting about  fall! But fall fashions have started to hit stores, and now I'm DYING for the leaves to change and the temps to drop. Since I can't wear any of these pieces now (#thanksFlorida) I can at least get my closet ready (and you can too!) This is my go-to look for fall & winter (since they are one and the same in FL). Have you started prepping for the next season for yet?

Valentine's Lookbook: A Casual Date

Are you feeling all the love in the air friends?! I sure am, and I can say with full assurance that I loooove it! :) This has been such a fun week of styling for me! 

Today I'm giving you some ideas for what to wear on a casual "date" night (whether with your Valentine or your Galentines!) This look would be perfect for a movie, picnic, or cooking dinner at home. I think it's no surprise that it incorporates my all-time favorite Elsa-style top! If I could wear an Elsa top ever day I wouldn't be sad about it ;) These are the absolute best tops and I love that there are endless style possibilities- there is no wrong way to wear them!

Currently Obsessing Over... {v. 21} + A GIVEAWAY!

Can I just say that I am ready for the weekend?! I'm pretty dang excited to sleep. Really, that's going to be the highlight of my weekend… sleeping! zzzzzzzz… While I'm getting ready for some sweet dreams, here are the things that I am dreaming of in real life (otherwise known as my current favorites)! Make sure you read until the end… because there's an exciting surprise for you too!

1. I was SO EXCITED to be featured on the Southern Blog Society this week for my plaid fall look! I joined the SBS this summer and have found it to be a tremendous resource to network with other bloggers as well as learn tips and tricks to make Girl Meets Bow the best it can be! If you are a Southern Blogger you should definitely check these awesome ladies out! (They also recently launched the Southwest Blog Society for those of you across the country.) Pattern Mixing: Camo & Stripes

There is nothing I love more than a good case of pattern mixing- and if you're from the south then you know that camo is as much of a neutral as leopard is! :) Today's look is just so fun and comfortable I can't help but adore it. It's perfect for those days when your to-do list is a mile long and you know you'll be running around town all day! 

Sorry to keep it short and sweet today, I've been staying up a little to late (and then getting up wayyy to early) working on some projects for Junior League and getting things organized for next year. No sleep + Gentry = a not very wordy girl! I think I'm going to need an IV drip of caffeine to get me through the next few days!

Puppy Love

Ahhhhh… that big sigh is me being so content with the gorgeous temps that Florida has decided to grace us with- it's a dream y'all! I'm loving that I can seriously wear sweaters and my herringbone vest that I've been dying to break out of my closet. And side note, how cute is this sweater that looks like my sweet hound, Buddy?! I die. It's so adorable! :)
